Ukrsotsbank repaid the NBU loan totaling UAH 420 million

December 2, 2009, Ukrsotsbank repaid the NBU loan totaling UAH 420 million. It is important to note that the bank has repaid considerable tranches of the loan in advance. According to the press service, July 21, 2009, Ukrsotsbank has repaid UAH 50 million in advance, October 5, 2009, the bank has repaid UAH 120 million, November 6, 2009 – UAH 100 million and, finally, December 2 – at the day of repayment of the loan – the last part amounting to UAH 150 million.
Head of Corporate Identity and Communications of Ukrsotsbank, Serhiy Shevchenko considers: the fact that bank has repaid the lion’s share of the NBU loan in advance – is one more evidence of its reliability, liquidity, stability and financial strength. Ukrsotsbank has always on time and fully and in necessary cases ahead of schedule carried out its commitments to customers and business partners as well as to the state governor – mentioned Serhiy.
Let us remind that the NBU granted Ukrsotsbank a loan totaling UAH 420 million for the period from 10.12.2008 till 3.12.2009.
