Thanks to the in time call the lost or stolen card will be blocked that will make it impossible to conduct operations with money on your card account. During the call you will have the opportunity to order reissue of the blocked card. The new card will be given to you in the Ukrsotsbank branch convenient for you, within a week of processing a corresponding order. For the correct processing of documents, inform the branch manager that the card was reissued through the Contact Center.

If you have lost your card while being abroad, it is necessary to address to Visa or MasterCard Companies support centers with a similar request.
